How we teach it
Genetics gets the largest share of time, worked from released diploma questions. We also practise the written-answer format explicitly, because knowing the biology and scoring the marks are separate skills.

Biology 30 carries a provincial diploma exam worth 30% of the final grade. We run released diploma questions throughout the year rather than only in the final weeks, so exam format is familiar long before April. Pacing and numerical-response accuracy are practised as separate skills from content.
