How we teach it
We take 30-2 as seriously as 30-1, because the diploma weighting is identical. Set theory and probability get the most time, and we use released diploma questions throughout.
Math 30-2 diploma exam preparation
Math 30-2 carries a provincial diploma exam worth 30% of the final grade. We run released diploma questions throughout the year rather than only in the final weeks, so exam format is familiar long before April. Pacing and numerical-response accuracy are practised as separate skills from content.
